Membership is open to any person twenty-one (21) years of age or older, without regard to sex,
race, creed, national or ethnic origin, religion, marital or relationship status, sexual orientation,
citizenship, or physical limitations providing the person is of sound mind, mature and capable of
making competent decisions. Persons who join this Association will have all the rights and
privileges granted under the bylaws of this Association.
