Age Regression/Age Play

Anyone over the age of 18 can be involved in lifestyle/BDSM age play. There are a few common roles in age play, though you can tailor things to how you feel comfortable doing them. 1. AB- Adult Baby DL- diaper lover 2. Little- can often identify as an age close to that of a toddler; 1yr- preteen 3. Middle-11yrs/12yrs-17 --there is no exact science to it, these are general guidelines but like mentioned before, you are always able to do as you feel comfortable. Some of the things that are common with age players and most commonly ones who identify mostly as a little (toddler age) are cuddling, coloring, watching cartoons, sucking on pacifiers and bottles. The list goes on. Sometimes age players like to mix their BDSM play with their little’s play. They are often called dark littles. While some people find this type of play taboo, this does not mean that the little or the people involved with them are pedophiles. Society likes to place labels on certain aspects of the lifestyle and label people because of societal norms, this is a case of where you have to ask the right questions when vetting your play partners for your interactions.

This presentation explores the intersection of mindfulness and kink, delving into how cultivating presence, connection, and consent can enhance the kink experience. We will discuss the benefits of incorporating mindfulness practices into kink activities, including heightened sensory awareness, intentional communication, and deeper connections. Practical applications of mindfulness techniques in various kink dynamics will be explored, along with a focus on navigating consent and boundaries mindfully to ensure safe, sane, and consensual play. Additionally, we will examine the role of mindfulness in post-scene processing and integration into daily life and relationships. Through this presentation, attendees will gain insights into how mindfulness can enrich their kink experiences and foster greater awareness, connection, and fulfillment.

Along with sharing his own experiences, he encourages group dialogue so that we can all learn from one another.

It’s the Little (Rope) Things

Bondage can be great with just the rope, but you’d be surprised what you can do with a piece of bamboo, carabiners, rubber bands and more! Sometimes adding small things to your ties can make a BIG difference. In this class we’ll take small items (provided in class) and incorporate them into our bondage to enhance our ties and connections.
